Tiffany Jo Baker is the Founder and Director of EXCEL Institute. She is a Certified Life Coach, Christian Life Coach, and Professional Development Coach. Education & Life Experience

Along with her coaching accomplishments, Tiffany holds Bachelor degrees in Addictions Counseling and Criminal Justice from Indiana Wesleyan University. She also holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University and, along with her husband, is a Certified Trainer of the 7LifeLanguages™, a multi-level Communication Analysis tool.

Tiffany’s most invaluable training has come from being a failure, an over-comer, a success, a parent, a friend, a sibling, a daughter, a spouse, a co-worker, a volunteer, an employee, a mentor, a leader, and a dreamer!
